GROW is a long-term regional initiative to generate local sustainable jobs and support economic participation for communities with barriers to employment.

Northern Futures Ltd addresses disadvantage by delivering tailored training and employment programs to jobseekers in Geelong’s northern suburbs where unemployment rates are the highest in regional Victoria.
