Established in 2024, All Set is a locally grown traffic management company specialising in servicing the utilities, maintenance, construction, rail, government, events and infrastructure sectors across Eastern Australia.
We partner with our clients to provide complete, practical and flexible solutions to enhance site safety and operational performance, and pride ourselves on creating a safe and supportive workplace for over 450 employees each day.

- Comprehensive on-site audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvements.
- Drug and alcohol testing and criminal background checks for all staff prior to onboarding.
- Transparent reporting and in-depth investigations of safety incidents.
- Structured on-site training and development through our Verification of Competency (VOC) program which is embedded in our daily operations.
- Development of an industry first Mental Health Action Plan for our staff.
